Nonbelievers, do you fear death as an inevitability?

This is along the lines of Terror Management Theory, which in short says we're all in denial of our own eventual extinction. Our daily lives are diversions. Our values, symbolic selves, etc. keep us guarded against the reality of death. Do you fear death? Think about it, you'll die and never return. Can you conceive of eternity? No. That's what death means. YOU'LL NEVER COME BACK. There will be perpetual darkness. This life was but a dream. When you're on your deathbed, will be be scared when you face this transition into oblivion?
