I actually think you have your answer in your question. Those are all good choices and you can get them in models with out a tremelo or just don't use the tremelo. I've even seen the clic Gibson Les Paul and Fender Strats successfully pull off those styles of metal. I have a Fender HM Strat (heavy metal) that I love from the 80's and it is diverse in that way. The most important thing in all of those choices is you. Whichever guitar allows the instrument to become a part of you and you part of the guitar is the best choice. Make sure you love the feel, the sound, and that it delivers the qualities you want or expect. Again, those are good choices. Good Luck!
