Freewebs.com PROBLEM, PLEASE HELP!!!!!?

Okay so i go onto Freewebs.com, fill out all my website garb, and NOW i have been waiting for about 20 minits (i have a very fast computer) for it to "Load" my website for the first time. Every 4 minits or so it says " ERROR, reloading" can somone please tell me what the hell i have to do to get this thing to work before i go insane. THANKYOU!!!!!!
