How many Penn State fans see a repeat of 94, 99 and 05 all wrapped into one season?

If we win the big ten and oregon state wins the pac-10 we play a oregon state team in the rose bowl that we already defeated 45-14. In 1999, we were 9-0 and #1 in the country before we lost on a 4th down hail mary (that all we had to do was knock down, but we went for the interception and the gophers caught it inside the 10), that set up a game winning field goal. In 2005 we all remember the Michigan game (with a questionable call to add more time to the clock, just like what happened last night on that p interference call). It just feels like 3 completely different years of heartbreak all wrapped into one season. I believe that no matter what we do, unless the big ten becomes stronger and the mediocre teams start recruiting better, with the exception of Ohio State and Michigan, that no other Big Ten school will get a chance to win a national championship?
