I need peoples opinions on this flood :p?

ok so we live in Gonzales in ascension paish and there saying we aint gonna flood, but i herd that there sending the water down ther I10 hwy you can see my house from this hyw and it also is next to mi house so this watter there letting out is in on my house and on side of it only a few feet away.Anyway were 2 miles away from the mississippi river,so do yall think we should leave nobodys evacuating us but should we leave what do yall think. (btw mi mom wanted me to ask this...i couldnt care less :p)
