My family and Eye. Please help.?

Today i woke up with a horrible pain in my right eye. I went to school hoping it would just go away. In my second cl of the day I just went into the bathroom to flushout my eye. It was red red and there was goop in the corner of my eye (not sleepy dust) I got concerned then walked down to the nurse's office. She told me it could be a serious infection or PinkEye. And she told me i need to see an eye doctor as soon as possible. I then call up my mother and she tells me that she will get me an appointment set up right after school. So now its after school and my mom said no appointent our family cant afford it. And now she is mad at me. I didnt even do anything. And now she is all mad that I called her and apparently unknowingly "guilt tripped her" what do I do? My eyeball is hurting and still red and my own mother acts like its my fault and she is mad at me... can anybody help
