NEED HELP URGENTLY... WHAT IS THIS MUSIC?!?

Sorry to be so vague but there is this music that I really want for a project. It is a sad kind of music, often used as background music to footage of malnourished African children. TV uses it for reflection. It's played on the piano. It's NOT chariots of fire (!). I wish i could say more but I can.t, but this may help... it has been mentioned on 'Never mind the buzzs'. It was used on the round where the guests have to sing out music and the other person guesses. Simon Amstell took the p*ss out of it. I really hope somebody knows what the hell I'm on about .
