If Islam brings inner peace why do so many Muslims escape from reality by getting wasted on shisha pipes?

You're probably seeing this in the U.S these days, There are 1.5 Billion Muslims in the world, what percentage smokes sheesha ? approx. 0.0001% and most of them don't pray, don't fast, and eat all sorts of things that are haraam for a Muslim, these are called pseudo Muslims, they were born in Muslim families and their names are that of Muslims, but that's it. There is nothing Islamic about sheesha. It's just an arab tradition and sometimes a social recreational practice.
