What effect did cleopatra have with the Romans???
Julius Caesar was the king of the Roman Empire. When he was inated by other generals, including his friend, Brutus, it was Mark Antony who saw to it that the rule remained with Octavius Caesar, the son of Julius Caesar. Cleopatra was the Queen of Egypt, when it was conquered by Julius Caesar. It is believed she had a son through Julius Caesar. Then developed a relations between Antony and Cleopatra, Antony was sent Egypt to oversee the affairs of Rome. The relations became so pionate that Octavius had to come personally intervene and control Antony. The rest is immortalised in Shakespeare's play.
