Sky Scourge Yugioh?

First of all, build a deck around Sky Scourge Norleras, not the other one as it sucks. I don't have a deck list for you, but a little advice as I have not built a deck like this, but have played against one and lost pretty badly. The deck must contain a mixture of fairies and fiend cards. I'd use Skelengel as it helps you draw cards and it a fairy. Also use Phantom of Chaos as it helps you to use the effect if Norleras ever hits the graveyard. That's about all I can help with.
