Need your motherly opinion!?

Omg, yes, the boys should be expelled and the school definitely should have informed you about what had happened at the school. I could understand not being able to do it as it was happening, too many kids and what-not, but there should have been an early dismissal and a letter to the parents. What is wrong w/schools, kids and parents raising these beasts that this even happens?
