Husbands "GF" Will not Leave Us Alone?

Ok, my husband did have a GF and she got tired of things and wants to be with us, so she called me and told me. I made my work and home phone unlisted then yesterda she CAME OVER. I forgive him, I just want her out of my life. I even changed his cell number. He does not call her. What can I do to get her out of our lives???
