DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE LOSS PREVENTIONS AT HEB?

I currently work for Target ets protection and was thinking about going to HEB and work for loss preventions there, but I wanted to know what it was like. What can and can not you do? can you stop a shoplifter or do you have to be in investigations or have a special job title to do apprehensions, Do you have a lot of rules in getting your stuff back? like can you just go up to someone who you know just put something in there pocket and ask for it back? What directives do you have? What do you wear? any info will help... thanks
