Clarinet problem - Can't play C?

I would guess that one of the pads are not sealing well, and you have a leak. Check for any screws that may have fallen off, also. I would highly suggest sending the clarinet to a repair shop (and I would recommend maintenance checks at *least* once a year). I send my clarinet to a repair shop at least 3 times a year.
