my neighbor wants to drive his semi- truck over my public utility easement . The plat clearly states" 12 foot wide road " six on each side of property line. There is a water meter at the end of a 10 foot right of way. the utility easement is at 25 feet , my fence line is at 13 ft. It is Not a county maintained road in Texas . Forested area next to park. i say no way he has right of way beyond 10 ft ( maybe even 6 feet ) correct ?
