In your place I would have got as far away f rom her as possible. This woman has some reeeeally serious mental issues and since you are not a therapist, and not a specialist in these conditions, there is nothing that you can do for her so stop worrying about it. You need to be taking care of your own best interests, and leave others who are responsible for her to do what they have to do.
