Can a creationist/theist reason with common sense?

There is no negotiating the existence/creation of god with a theist, as they simply take that as their axiom, they simply ume that this entity exists and cannot, will not and want not prove it. To mention alternatives (1) and (2) is to claim a statement that they themselves will not and cannot prove or justify. Thus in (1) the tactic would be to force you to accept that there exists this creator deity. In (2), the same umption is made in a more subtle way, since creation being an accident, by definition, means that something with a sense of self awareness did not intend for this to happen, but it did happen (uming a deity). Counter with the argument "How do you propose that I accept that there IS a deity?" This should present an insurmountable challenge to Hugo, he will fail. You can make any statement true if you define your logical axioms in a way which is so that you don't obtain statements which contradict any of the base ertions. Good luck.
